Parisian designer creates a two-legged, unbalanced chair to improve users’ health
Benoit Malta, the brilliant mind behind this chair lovingly called “Inactivité” – Inactivity -, targets two distinctive segments of chair users :
– MBT shoes-owners stroke by lightning who suddenly developed a sense for what’s beautiful on top of healthy,
– people, like your very own, with the disgraceful habit of balancing oneself onto the two back legs of chairs.
It is a very interesting take on health-impacting design and although I don’t see it passing many companies’ health & safety policies, it would certainly make for a beautiful addition to anyone’s home, provided storage can be sorted.
